WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER
We will send you a tracking number when your order is on its way and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number we will send you via e-mail.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed by our warehouse. Orders are usually delivered to the delivery company within 2 to 5 Business Days and tracking information will be sent to you via email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE
Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you choose, but usually take 6-10 days if you have selected the express shipping option.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FEES AND TAXES
We pay duties and taxes on all packages, but if your country of residence has an issue with your package, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the country's laws (we would like to point out that our existing customers have not encountered such an issue, we have only mentioned this to inform you).

HOW DO I RETURN - EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to provide the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a Refund or exchange it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order. Must be returned within 14 days. must be unworn and unwashed. must have all original tags attached. Except for quality issues, we reserve the right of return and exchange for purchases outside our country (France) due to customs clearance.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
You can return your item for store credit, a different item or a refund back to the original payment method. The original shipping charge (if applicable) is non-refundable in most cases. please note that we do not provide shipping labels on returns. please contact us to begin your return or exchange process. To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps: Attach a copy of your order's packing slip or confirmation email and note the new size or item you want. (We cannot guarantee that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchange.) Mail your return via email to the address provided to you.
REFUND PROCESSES
Tracking number is required in the return process. Otherwise, the order will lose the return service. returns will be processed in approximately 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. shipping back charges are not refundable. import duties/taxes and customs fees are not refundable. except for quality issues, custom items do not participate in the return policy.
